Not Over Yet! Jupiter and Saturn and More ~ 22 December 2012

We’re still here? According to my calc., December 21st is now done everywhere on the planet. Woo hoo!

Okay, it’s time to take on all those who promoted the end of the world on the Mayan calendar rollover. Call it for what it was... bullpucky nonsense and hysteria propagated by sensationalists with no ability to critically think/perceive or use “the Google,” and do adequate research. Anyone else who comes along trying to promote a photon belt, Nibiru, Mayan calendar scheme hereafter, kick their asses at the get go and let’s not put up with this fear mongering. There’s enough to be concerned about in real life; never mind images conjured up by psychic bullies. And as for the guy promising that the Sun will change state on the 23rd and wipe us out... what, you're not embarrassed enough by your certainty we'd all be toast today!?

The Jupiter-Saturn quincunx now in play was one of the aspects I saw cited as an end of the world contributor. Of course in the twenty-year synodic period between Jupiter and Saturn, more than a handful of these aspects occurs. Should we call the end of the world every time such a quincunx occurs? Of course not. Is the Jupiter-Saturn quincunx a sticky wicket of sorts? Yes, it is. It is also very useable for progress.

So let’s take a look at the aspect in play and dissect it a bit. Jupiter is gumption. Saturn is grounding. You know the inexpensive T-shirts you can buy that declare “my get up and go has got up and went?” It may feel like that. It may seem that the planets are whipping up every ounce of frustration and exhaustion possible. But that can’t really be it, right?

Yesterday Jupiter was quincunx Pluto. There’s that too. Today Jupiter is quincunx Saturn. But this is not the end of it. These aspects will be fulfilled in late March; Jupiter again quincunxes Saturn on March 24th and does the same with Pluto on March 30th. And, just to look down range in 2013, Jupiter will trine Saturn with several other groovy aspects in July and oppose Pluto in August. So if you’re thinking you want to produce major life advancements next year and take on the powers that be, your thinking is consistent with the patterns. However, the set up for working July through August of next year is now. Not in two weeks. Not when the effects of holiday turkey finally fade. It’s not after New Year’s resolutions are supposed to kick in. It’s not to uplift you from post-holiday blues. It’s now. Now.

But the lingering conflict of Jupiter’s quincunxes to Saturn and Pluto remains. Okay, here’s the core: A quincunx requires adjustment. Just when you think the course is perfected you acquire either improving information that must be included, or some “random” or acutely fated event distracts the effort. Either way, it’s about adjusting. The adjustments improve, tweak, enhance and perfect. Your wares need to be presentation-ready or production-worthy next week. Is there yet another tweak required? Jupiter and Saturn demand that you at least look. Will you be onboard and ready to press forward?

Stay grounded. Get going. Grab some gumption. Gather grandness in your goals and get the journey going.

As I write, the Sun, fresh off the entry into Capricorn, is blazing by a collection of rapidly spinning x-ray eclipsing binary pulsars. Be objective and aware of multiple points of view. See the core issue instead of the circumstantial distractions. Sort through the plethora of nonsense statements swirling in the ethers. Once clear on your direction, work when the flow is there. Create when fecundity is present in your consciousness. Truly, progress that exceeds expectations is at hand for those who can seize these energies.

More traditionally, on December 27th, Saturn and Pluto sextile. Here we can hope for calm in global hysteria, improvement in matters of domestic tranquility and advancement in ensuring life is more liveable in the most basic and fundamental ways.

For certain, insight is at hand. Late next week Venus aligns with the Great Attractor and Mercury lines up on the Galactic Center within two days of one another. As the year turns, Mercury reaches the pulsars that seem to have consumed a combo of an energy drink and eggnog over the holidays. Ideas and solutions are flying about and bouncing off the clouds. And as the first full week of January rolls around, Venus reaches the Galactic Center and then she, too, moves onto the zany, productive pulsars. Progress and evolutionary thinking is in the ethers for those who can sit still and latch onto the threads. Consciousness wants to change. Each person that reaches out ensures that positive shifts will occur.

In short: The world didn’t end. Now it’s time to get smart, enlightened and moving. Be inspired. Get off your duff and do something.
